Christmas Parade-December 08, 2001 6:00 P.M. down town Coweta. Christmas in the Homeland is this year's parade theme. 

The First Baptist Church Of Coweta Thanksgiving Dinner-November 22, 2001. Each year the church serves dinner to any and all area residents who would enjoy the company of other for the holidays. Meals are also delivered to shut-ins.

Thomas Community Church Family Harvest  Banquet-November 11, 2001 immediately following the morning service. Anyone who has attended Thomas Church is invited to attend.

Zoal Stringer All-You Can-Eat Fish & Turkey Fry-November 10, 2001 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the lodge, 716 S. Avenue B. Cost of the meal is a donation of $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children ages 12 and under. All proceeds will go to the Coweta Masonic Charitable Activities Fund. 

Pot Luck Dinner-November 08, 2001 7:00P.M. at Coweta American Legion Zoal Stringer Post 226. Located 600 S. Broadway Ave. Dinner followed by auxiliary meeting.

Indian Taco Dinner- November 03, 2001 12:00 P.M. to 4:00  P.M. at Broken Arrow Indian. Cost: $5.00 (includes Taco, Drink & Dessert) The Church is located across from the Golf Club of Oklahoma.
