Earn Money for your
Organization
We will be paying
several local organizations to help us with various
tasks at this year's Fall Festival including Trash
Patrol & Kiddie Ride Operations. If your
organization is interested in earning $250-$500, please
submit your organization's name for the drawing simply
by responding to this email.

Calling all Arts &
Craft and other Vendors
In an effort to
make this year's Fall Festival Bigger & Better than
ever before, we are searching for Arts & Crafts or
various other vendors to fill booth spaces.
The cost of all 4 days is only $100 dollars for a 10' x
10' space!

Advance tickets will go on
sale Sept 1st
Tickets will be
available at the First National Bank, BancFirst, &
the Coweta Chamber of Commerce. There will
be THREE wristband sessions this
year:
- Thursday September 13th from
6pm - 10pm
- Saturday September 15th from
2pm - 6pm
- Sunday September 16th from 2pm

| Stage Banner Sponsorships available: $100
for a 2'x2' banner that will be featured on the main
grandstand all 4 days of the festival!!!
For an additional $75 you can
have another 2'x2' banner on the Centennial Stage as well.

Since Mother Nature would not
allow us to have our Patriotic Festival, the City of Coweta
will be providing a beautiful fireworks display on
Saturday Night at 9:30pm at the South end of
Broadway for all Festival goers to
enjoy! | |
