For hundreds of years, our nation's
veterans have sacrificed to defent our nation here &
abroad. They have done duty, no matter the
cost. Please join us in honoring these brave
men & women by taking a moment to reflect upon the
incredible gifts these veterans have given us while
enjoying a free cup of coffee & cookies.

Assembly |

Friday, November 9th @ 1:30pm
Scout Troop #646 will be presenting
the colors, special guest speaker will be Lieutenant
Colonel Bruce Hamilton, & Alex Warrior will be the
guest trumpet soloist. Students from
IGC will be singing & reciting poetry.
Immediately following the ceremony a reception will be
hosted by the IGC PTO.

10:30am
The assembly will include performances
by the CHS Band & Choir as well as a special DVD
presentation honoring all veterans. The
assembly will conclude approximately at 11:15am.

Luncheon |

Monday, November 12th @ 12 noon/Coweta Fire
Department
This year's luncheon will be sponsored
by the Coweta Chamber of Commerce & the Coweta Area
Blue Star Mothers. The luncheon will be
hosted by the Coweta Fire Department Local Union
#3483. We invite all veterans to enjoy
a delicious dinner of spaghetti & meat sauce, salad,
& garlic bread catered by Patty's
Kitchen.
